From as little as £1.50 per day, we’ll take on the day to day management of your servers. From tasks such as checking backups, to responding to proactive faults notifications and making sure critical updates are applied to the servers, TDB will provide you with a hassle free IT service that you can rely on.
To ensure you’re kept up to date, an easy to read monthly report is provided summarizing our work.
TDB ‘OnTap’ allows you to pre-purchase 1, 3 or 5 days and call on us whenever you need.
Furthermore you can use the time for whatever purpose you like, be it project work, network problems or health-checks. Unlike many suppliers, your time will never expire, meaning you can spread the cost over as many years as you like.
TDB Premier Plus is an all-inclusive, fixed-price support service based on a 3, 12 or 36 month contract. The service includes all of the TDB Premier service features and unlimited onsite or remote support for your infrastructure and users.
Adopting this model means customers are able to effectively budget for all IT overheads in advance and spread these costs over a fixed, monthly payment plan.
