Cloud Computing has been described by many as one of the largest innovations in Information Technology in the last decade. With TDB's unique approach to cloud computing many businesses are appreciating a great deal of increased accessibility and functionality to their systems.

TDB have servers in various data centres around the world that provide the various services offered. Esentially the data and email management part of Cloud Services operates in the same way as having an on-site server, staff can access their information through the methods they have always used. Thanks to high internet speeds it feels exactly if you were accessing documents locally.

Data storage is achived using Microsoft technology, which provides encryption and automatic data backup procedures as two of it's key features.

The telephony solution is also hosted on a range of global servers and can either be utilized through software applications integrated into Microsoft Outlook, or by using Cisco telephones that TDB are able to supply.

Email is managed using well known Microsoft Exchange technology, however rather than being hosted on a trasditional onsite server, it is all hosted in 'the cloud'. Like our document storage solution, this is also jointly hosted on Microsoft servers.
